Indoor air is the single most overlooked health factor in a UAE home. Coils hold condensation, blower wheels hold compacted dust, and drain pans hold both — the combination is where musty odour, aggravated asthma and recurring allergy symptoms usually begin. Where it matters, we take indoor air quality readings before and after, so the outcome is a number rather than an impression.

Anyone can tell you a job was done well. We would rather hand you the document that says exactly what was done to your home, and let you walk the list yourself before the crew leaves. It is also why we are not the cheapest. A crew given four hours for a job that needs nine will finish the visible surfaces and go. We would rather quote the real number, complete the whole list, and give you something you can check line by line — and if anything is missed, tell us within 72 hours and we return at no charge.

Enquiries are kept 12 months if you do not book. Job records and invoices are kept 5 years to meet UAE accounting requirements.

If any checklist item was not completed to standard, tell us within 72 hours and we return and re-clean it at no charge.
We are insured and we protect surfaces before starting. Report any damage within 48 hours and we will repair, replace or compensate fairly. We test fabrics and stone in an unseen area first and will advise you in writing where an item is already damaged, worn or unlikely to respond — proceeding in those cases is at your discretion.
Due on completion unless agreed otherwise in writing. We accept cash, card, bank transfer, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Tabby and Tamara.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the United Arab Emirates.
