Polished, properly sealed stone stops being porous — which means spills, bacteria and grout mould have nowhere to sit. Dull, open stone and failing grout hold moisture and darken over time; restoring the surface is what makes a floor genuinely cleanable rather than merely mopped.
Marble is usually the most expensive surface in the house and the first to look tired. Restored properly, an entrance hall reads as new — and stays that way for years rather than months.
Anyone can tell you a job was done well. We would rather hand you the document that says exactly what was done to your home, and let you walk the list yourself before the crew leaves. That document is the same whether we are deep cleaning a villa on Palm Jumeirah or servicing an AC system in Business Bay.
It is also why we are not the cheapest. A crew given four hours for a job that needs nine will finish the visible surfaces and go. We would rather quote the real number, complete the whole list, and give you something you can check line by line — and if anything is missed, tell us within 72 hours and we return at no charge.

Yes. Crews are dispatched daily across Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah, with commercial contracts extending to Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah.

Yes. We use non-toxic, biodegradable, low-residue chemistry throughout, chosen so treated surfaces are safe for occupied rooms.
Grand Emirates is a licensed Dubai contractor with fully insured, directly employed crews — we do not subcontract residential work. Every job is quoted after a free inspection and confirmed in writing before we begin.

Enquiries are kept 12 months if you do not book. Job records and invoices are kept 5 years to meet UAE accounting requirements.
Under UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data you may request a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw consent. Email care@grandemirates.ae and we respond within 30 days.

If any checklist item was not completed to standard, tell us within 72 hours and we return and re-clean it at no charge.
We are insured and we protect surfaces before starting. Report any damage within 48 hours and we will repair, replace or compensate fairly. We test fabrics and stone in an unseen area first and will advise you in writing where an item is already damaged, worn or unlikely to respond — proceeding in those cases is at your discretion.
Due on completion unless agreed otherwise in writing. We accept cash, card, bank transfer, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Tabby and Tamara.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the United Arab Emirates.
