Whatever the job, the method does not change. We inspect free of charge, agree the scope in writing, work against a numbered checklist, and walk that checklist with you before we leave. If something has been missed, you have 72 hours to tell us and we return at no charge. It is a slower way to quote and a harder way to operate — and it is the only way to make "deep clean" mean something specific.

We are insured and we protect surfaces before starting. Report any damage within 48 hours and we will repair, replace or compensate fairly. We test fabrics and stone in an unseen area first and will advise you in writing where an item is already damaged, worn or unlikely to respond — proceeding in those cases is at your discretion.
Due on completion unless agreed otherwise in writing. We accept cash, card, bank transfer, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Tabby and Tamara.
